• You may cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are granted at our discretion, typically for technical failures on our end

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

Limitation of Liability

Inside AI provides content for informational purposes only. We do not provide professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on our content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services linked from our site

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. You may also request account deletion, which we will process within 7 days of verification.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for our users or systems. We will notify you of the reason when feasible.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution — will survive.

Nothing in these terms limits our right to seek injunctive relief or enforce our intellectual property rights through appropriate legal channels.
