October 3, 2026, (Inside AI) — Indian entertainment technology company Eloelo Group has launched Dolphin AI, an agentic studio that converts scripts into fully produced videos, at the FICCI FRAMES 2026 conference in Mumbai on September 29. The platform, now available for early access via waitlist or invite code, targets creators, filmmakers, brands, and studios, following internal use within Eloelo's own video operations.

Dolphin AI emerged from Eloelo's experience producing over 5,000 original dramas on its Story TV platform and testing more than 100,000 creative assets monthly. The company built the system to accelerate its own production cycles, then decided to commercialize it. This move positions Eloelo against a growing field of AI video tools, but its focus on end-to-end agentic production sets it apart.

The platform's core innovation lies in its multi-shot planning and continuity technology. According to Eloelo, Dolphin AI maintains consistency in characters, voices, wardrobes, props, locations, and visual style across multiple shots. This addresses a persistent challenge in AI video generation, where maintaining coherence over longer sequences often fails. The agentic production layer interprets creative intent, breaks videos into individual shots, and coordinates generation while retaining context.

Creators can interact with Dolphin AI through a chat interface for natural-language creation, templates for guided production, or a Playground for shot-level control. Editing and enhancement tools are integrated into the same environment. The Film Studio feature converts a script into a structured multi-shot production by analyzing premise, tone, chronology, and character arcs, then identifying characters, locations, and props. Creators can review and lock reusable visual, voice, and wardrobe assets before production begins.

Eloelo Group CTO Sagar Gaonkar said the company sees the creative system surrounding AI models as increasingly important as different models evolve and become suited to different tasks.

"The creative system around AI models is becoming as important as the models themselves," Gaonkar said.

Dolphin AI supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing compatible AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor to access its image, video, and voice capabilities within existing agentic workflows. This interoperability could enable seamless integration into broader AI toolchains, a key differentiator in a fragmented market.

The platform is intended for professional and individual creators working on advertising, product videos, microdramas, podcasts, cinematic films, user-generated content, AI avatars, animation, and stylized motion. Eloelo's background in original drama production gives it a practical edge, as the tool was battle-tested internally before release.

While Dolphin AI promises to streamline video production, it enters a competitive landscape. Startups like Runway, Pika, and Stability AI offer video generation tools, but few provide end-to-end agentic workflows. Eloelo's focus on continuity and multi-shot planning could appeal to professionals seeking consistent outputs. However, questions remain about the quality of generated videos and the platform's ability to handle complex narratives.

The launch comes amid a surge in AI video adoption. According to a 2026 report by Grand View Research, the global AI video generation market is projected to reach $1.5 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 20.5% from 2023 to 2030. Eloelo aims to capture a share by targeting both enterprise and individual creators.

Industry analysts note that while AI video tools are advancing, human oversight remains crucial for creative projects. Dolphin AI's asset-locking feature allows creators to maintain control, potentially reducing the risk of inconsistent outputs. The platform's success will depend on user adoption and feedback, which early access will test.

Eloelo's move also highlights India's growing role in AI innovation. The country's tech ecosystem has produced several AI startups, though few have gained global traction in video generation. Dolphin AI could change that if it delivers on its promises.

As AI continues to reshape content creation, tools like Dolphin AI may become standard in production pipelines. Eloelo's early access phase will provide valuable data on performance and usability. The company has not disclosed pricing or a full release date, leaving creators to await further details.

For now, Dolphin AI represents a step toward more autonomous video production, blending AI models with creative systems. Its impact will hinge on whether it can truly simplify the complex process of filmmaking without sacrificing quality.
