The episode also saw the eviction of contestant Isha Rikhi, ex-wife of rapper Badshah, after three weeks on the show.
Khan's remarks mark one of the most direct calls from a major Indian celebrity for legal consequences against deepfake creators. His intervention comes as AI-generated misinformation spreads rapidly across Indian social media, with public figures increasingly targeted by manipulated audio and video content.
"AI has progressed so much that it is very scary," Khan said during the episode. "This is a very serious thing, especially because we belong to this industry; if someone takes your AI voice, dubs and puts a video of you abusing someone. They are making AI videos of a lot of people; even I am in those videos. People who don't know it's an AI generated video will believe it, but those who know and have made a video - what kind of people are they? Those kinds of people should be put behind bars; until a few get arrested, this won't stop."
Khan's demand for arrests reflects growing frustration among Indian celebrities over the misuse of AI tools. The actor also called for legislative action, stating, "There has to be a law that should be passed; there has to be censorship on social media, and I will take this up very seriously. I am worried."

He highlighted the unequal access to justice, noting that while he can leverage contacts in the cyber cell to trace perpetrators, ordinary citizens lack such resources. "What about those with no contacts? What will their neighbour or followers think?" he asked.

She praised Khan for his stance on trolling, saying, "I want to really thank you for the way you called out the trolls; when people in your position speak on such issues and take a stand, it leaves a huge impact."

Khan also proposed a regulatory body akin to a censor board for social media influencers, stating, "There should be a body like a censor board here; influencers should be liable for their comments, actions, and words. They are making money on this, but it should not be misused. Because of AI, sometimes you cannot recognize yourself. This game should change positively."
His comments align with a global push for AI regulation. In India, the government has been drafting rules to curb deepfakes, but enforcement remains limited. Legal experts note that existing laws under the IT Act and IPC sections on defamation and impersonation are often insufficient to tackle AI-generated content.
The eviction of Isha Rikhi followed a week where Khan criticized her inactivity. He lauded her for playing with dignity. Rikhi had entered the show promising to reveal different sides of her personality. "No one can break me easily. They can make me cry, but they cannot push me to a situation where I give up," she had said before joining.
Khan's call for jail terms for deepfake creators adds a new dimension to the debate.
